Within the Department of Civil Engineering, there are four fully equipped laboratories used for both teaching and research activities. These are the Structural and Earthquake Engineering Laboratory, the Construction Materials Laboratory, the Soil Mechanics Laboratory, and the Hydraulics Laboratory. Our department also houses six laboratories dedicated to research purposes. These are the Timber and Steel Structures Laboratory, the Composite Structural Elements Laboratory, the Transportation Laboratory, the Experimental Mechanics Laboratory, the Infrastructure Materials Laboratory, and the Vibration Control Training and R&D Laboratory.
