Graduates of the Istanbul Technical University Civil Engineering Program are expected to:
- Use the knowledge of engineering fundamentals in solving civil engineering problems within their professions. (PEO 1)
- Conduct the civil engineering profession in any local, regional, national and international private companies or governmental agencies recognizing and making a positive impact on societal challenges. (PEO 2)
- Develop self-directed learning capability to practice life-long learning skills through graduate education or professional training activities in their careers within country or abroad. (PEO 3)
- Participate in professional society activities, and perform their professions with ethical principles and professional responsibilities considering public health, safety and welfare. (PEO 4)
